Scope of Work

Construction of a new 5,600 SF bank and five connected drive-thru lanes on an improved 2.4-acre site. Scope included site civil and infrastructure improvements, brick masonry, cast stone molding, metal wall panels, structural steel, metal roofing, pre-engineered wood trusses, storefront system, custom casework, gypsum and acoustical ceiling systems, multiple flooring types, MEP systems, backup generator, and installation of all equipment, alarm and security components.
