Project Overview

Expansion of the Dixie County Emergency Operations Center with a hardened insulated concrete formed structure built to withstand 160 MPH winds, housing three vehicle bays for an on-site fire station. Projected for completion in 2025.

Scope of Work

12,200 SF insulated concrete formed (ICF) building with a steel bar joist roof system and membrane roof rated to 160 MPH wind speed, plus a steel framed structure housing three emergency vehicle bays. Full site development including grading and drainage, asphalt pavement, pavement markings, concrete flat work, curbing and sidewalks, striping, underground utilities and stormwater infrastructure.
